1. About Us

Floor2You Ltd (“Floor2You”, “we”, “us”) operates the website floor2you.co.uk. By using our site or placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Ordering

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including if we suspect fraud or pricing errors.
• A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

3. Products & Pricing

• Product images are for illustration purposes only; actual colours may vary due to screen calibration.
• We recommend ordering samples before committing to large quantities.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• For cut-to-length flooring, quantities are in m² unless otherwise stated; we cut to your specified dimensions.

4. Payment

We accept major credit/debit cards and bank transfer. All card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Full payment is required before goods are dispatched unless a credit account has been agreed in writing.

5. Delivery

• We deliver across London and the South East. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
• Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed; we are not liable for delays caused by third parties.
• Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect goods immediately and report damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (for distance contracts). To exercise this right, notify us at info@floor2you.co.uk.

• Cut-to-size or bespoke orders are non-returnable unless defective.
• Returned goods must be in original, unused, resaleable condition.
• Return postage/delivery costs are your responsibility unless goods are faulty.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

7. Installation Services

• Installation is subject to a separate service agreement provided on booking.
• Sub-floor preparation, adhesives, and accessories are additional unless quoted together.
• We carry public liability insurance. Details available on request.

8. Warranties

Products are sold with the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the product page. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months from completion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or pure economic loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on floor2you.co.uk (text, images, design) is owned by Floor2You Ltd or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
